Monzer is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of international leadership experience across the GCC, MENA, Africa, Turkey, Central Asia and Eastern Europe, leading in more than 21 international markets. He has held senior General Manager and Regional Director roles with leading multinational and regional organizations, with expertise in business transformation, strategic growth, P&L management, market expansion and operational excellence.
He has a strong track record of transforming businesses, building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable results, and has negotiated and managed hundreds of strategic partnerships with global companies. Beyond executive leadership, he is a university lecturer and provides C-suite advisory, strategic consulting and executive coaching. He holds an Executive MBA from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the ICF.
